Change Your Visual Style

When To Use This#

Use this article when a business asks where visual style is managed in the current app. At this baseline, the visible style picker is part of first-time setup. The older post-setup style and branding settings pages are no longer separate settings pages.

Before You Start#

• Sign in as the business owner during first-time setup.
• Use Choose a Business Style for the setup style picker.
• Use Update Branding for logo changes after setup.
• Confirm approved wording before telling customers or staff exactly where a style choice will appear.

Current Style Availability#

The current app does not expose a separate post-setup style settings page. During first-time setup, the style picker shows style cards and a live preview. The owner chooses one style before continuing to Business profile.

Do not direct staff to a Branding settings page or Business style settings page for post-setup style changes unless the product exposes that page again.

Logo Changes After Setup#

Logo changes after setup live in Business profile settings. Updating the logo is separate from choosing a visual style.

Use Update Branding for the current logo workflow.

When A Staff Member Cannot Find Style Settings#

• If the business is still in first-time setup, return to the style step and choose a style there.
• If setup is already complete, do not tell the staff member to use the older style or branding settings pages.
• If the business needs a post-setup style change and no style control is visible, record the request for product/support review.
• If someone expects a logo change instead, update the logo from Business profile settings.
