When To Use This
Use this page to replace your business logo after first-time setup. Logo controls now live in Business profile settings.
Before You Start
- Sign in as an owner or manager.
- Prepare a PNG, JPG, SVG, or WEBP logo file under 2 MB.
- Confirm the logo is approved for business use before uploading it.
- See Change Your Visual Style to understand the current limits for post-setup style changes.
Business Logo Settings
Business profile settings include a Business logo section. Choose a replacement file, review the preview, and save the logo.
The same area may include a customer-portal logo visibility control. The visible saved state is the source of truth, so check it before assuming the portal header changed.
Logo upload is not the same as changing the business visual style. The older standalone branding and style settings pages are not current at this baseline.
Brand Color
Business profile settings also include a brand color control on the same page, available to owners and managers in your business. Pick a color or paste a hex code, then save. A "Customer portal branding" toggle controls where the color appears: the customer portal adopts the brand color only when the toggle is on, and uses the default colors when it is off. Emails you send always use the brand color regardless of the toggle.
After The Logo Is Saved
After the logo is saved, Business profile settings show the updated logo state. Review the relevant app and customer-facing surfaces to confirm the brand update is complete.
For first-time setup, use Add Logo and Branding.
When Logo Changes Do Not Save
- If the file type is rejected, use PNG, JPG, SVG, or WEBP.
- If the file is too large, use a file under 2 MB.
- If the save button is disabled, choose a logo file first.
- If saving fails, retry once and note the visible error.
- If a staff member cannot open Business profile settings, an owner or admin can review their access on the Access page. See Manage Access and Invites.
- If a customer-portal logo toggle does not show the expected saved state, confirm the visible setting before making another change.
- Whether every customer-facing surface updates depends on the affected surfaces, so confirm them before assuming they all changed.
