Add Logo and Branding

When To Use This#

Use this page to add an optional business logo during first-time setup. The Branding step lets you review how the logo looks before setup continues.

Before You Start#

• Know that the visual-style picker is currently paused, so there is no style to choose before this step.
• Prepare an approved PNG, JPG, or WEBP logo file under 2 MB. SVG files are not accepted.
• Confirm the logo is approved for business use before uploading it.

Branding Setup Page#

The Logo setup page shows a style panel and an upload area for the business logo. Because the visual-style picker is paused, the style panel always reads "No style selected" and you can ignore it. You can choose a file from the upload area, use keyboard selection, or drag and drop the logo file.

Review the preview before continuing. If the business does not have an approved logo yet, continue without a logo and return to the Business profile settings later.

After A Logo Is Added#

After a logo is uploaded, the setup wizard marks Branding complete and continues to the next setup area. Logo upload is optional, so a business can finish setup without a logo and add one later from Business profile settings.

For post-setup changes, use Update Branding.

Brand Color#

From Settings → Business profile, an owner or manager can set a brand color (a hex color such as #1F7D74) and turn on customer-portal branding so the customer portal uses that color. The color is checked for readable contrast, so the shade customers see may be adjusted slightly. Only owners and managers can change branding.

When Logo Upload Does Not Work#

• If the file type is rejected, use PNG, JPG, or WEBP. SVG files and renamed files are not accepted.
• If the image is rejected as too large, use one no wider or taller than 4096 pixels.
• If the file is too large, use a file under 2 MB.
• If upload fails after using a supported file, retry once and note the visible error.
• The style panel stays on "No style selected" while the visual-style picker is paused, so judge the look from the logo preview on its own.
• Any of the supported file types (PNG, JPG, or WEBP) works; the business's own guidance determines which one to prefer.
• Which customer-facing surfaces update depends on the business's setup, so a change to every surface isn't guaranteed here until the affected pages are confirmed.
