When To Use This
Use this page when the business needs to update weekly operating hours after first-time setup. These settings describe normal operating hours; do not treat them as booking availability, drop-off windows, staffing schedules, or customer-facing policy unless the business has confirmed that connection.
Before You Start
- Sign in as an owner or manager.
- Use this article for post-setup changes from Settings.
- Confirm the approved weekly schedule before saving.
- Review customer-facing effects before announcing new hours.
Operating Hours Settings
Operating hours settings show the saved weekly schedule. If no hours have been saved yet, the page may show default hours. Review each day before saving over the current schedule.
Mark days open or closed, set open and close times for open days, and use Copy Monday to weekdays only when the weekday schedule truly matches Monday.
After Hours Are Saved
After hours are saved, the page shows a success state. The setup checklist may also reflect that operating hours are complete.
Before announcing the change, confirm whether the new hours should affect public pages, booking availability, drop-off or pickup guidance, and staff schedules.
When Hours Do Not Save
- If saved hours cannot load, the page may show defaults plus an error; confirm before saving.
- If an open day has invalid times, set open before close.
- If the page shows a setup progress warning, confirm whether the hours themselves saved before retrying.
- If a staff member cannot open Operating hours settings, ask an owner or admin to review access on the Access page. See Manage Access and Invites.
- If managers should not save hours by business policy, follow the business-approved role rule.
