Use this to find where subscription and billing settings live without making pricing, trial, refund, or plan-package promises.
Before You Start
- Use this article for navigation to billing settings; use the current business-approved pricing source for prices, limits, and plan terms.
- Sign in as an owner for billing actions; managers may have view-only access.
- Do not add prices, plan limits, refund rules, cancellation terms, or payment timing from memory.
Billing And Plan Page
Open Settings and choose Billing and plan in the Account section. Review the current plan and subscription status shown there.
If owner billing actions are visible, use the available plan-selection or billing portal controls only after confirming the intended billing change through the business-approved process.
Older subscription links may open the current Billing and plan page.
Subscription Status And Actions
- The billing page can show trial, active, past-due, canceled, expired, billing portal, and plan-selection states depending on the account.
- Owner-level access is required for billing portal and plan-selection actions.
- Managers can review billing settings when the page allows it but may not see billing action controls.
When Billing Details Do Not Load
- If billing actions are missing, confirm the user is signed in with owner access.
- If subscription data cannot load, use the visible alert and retry before taking action.
- If checkout or billing portal launch fails, capture the visible error and escalate without inventing policy details.
- Do not promise refunds, credits, cancellation outcomes, renewal timing, trial terms, plan limits, or support response times from this article.
