Set Your Brand Color

When To Use This#

Use this to set a brand color and have the customer portal use it.

Before You Start#

Branding is changed by owners and managers, so make sure you're signed in as an owner or manager. Have your brand's hex color ready (for example, #1F7D74).

Steps#

1. Open Settings → Business profile.
2. Enter your brand color as a hex value.
3. Turn on customer-portal branding so the portal uses your color.
4. Save.

What Happens Next#

The customer portal uses your brand color. The color is checked for readable contrast, so the exact shade customers see may be adjusted slightly to stay legible. Emails always use your brand color for their headings and buttons, even when customer-portal branding is turned off.

Troubleshooting#

• If the color will not save, enter a valid hex value (for example, #1F7D74).
• If you do not see branding controls, make sure you're signed in as an owner or manager.
