When To Use This
Use Reports to review operational summaries, choose date ranges, export CSV reports, and move into Schedule, Bookings, Billing, or Documents for follow-up.
Before You Start
- Sign in to the internal app and confirm you are in the correct business account.
- Treat downloaded CSV files as sensitive business and customer data.
- Avoid promising accounting, regulatory, or data-retention outcomes from a report export.
- Use the linked workflow pages to correct source records after you identify an issue.
Reports Page Overview
The Reports page combines operational summary areas with CSV export options. Use it to spot follow-up needs, choose a report type, set a date range, and download the selected CSV.
Reports are operational cues. Use the source workflow pages when a record needs review or correction.
Summary Areas
Review the Attendance summary, Schedule and weekend load, Billing exceptions, and Records watch sections. These sections help identify where to look next; they do not replace the Schedule, Bookings, Billing, or Documents pages.
Use the summary links to open the relevant workflow page when follow-up is needed.
Date Ranges And CSV Exports
Select the export you need, such as Attendance, Reservations, Reservation summary, Vaccines and documents, Invoices, Payments, or Vaccination coverage.
Review the selected report's date-field label before choosing dates because different reports may use different date meanings. Choose From and To dates, then export the CSV.
Store and share downloaded files according to the business's data-handling rules.
What Happens Next
- Successful exports download a CSV file for the selected report and date range.
- Exported CSVs can include customer, dog, family, booking, attendance, document, vaccination, invoice, and payment data.
- Invalid report choices, missing dates, invalid dates, start dates after end dates, and source-data failures return staff to the Reports page with a visible error.
- Report summaries are operational cues; the report page is not a full analytics or accounting workspace.
When Reports Or Exports Do Not Work
- If the export button returns an error, confirm the report type and date range.
- If the From date is after the To date, correct the range and export again.
- If source data fails to load, refresh and retry before escalating.
- If report contents look wrong, check the source records in Schedule, Bookings, Billing, or Documents.
- If staff ask who may export reports, how long to retain CSVs, or whether a report can be used for accounting or compliance, use approved business policy before answering.
