Before You Start
- Sign in to the customer portal.
- Have current contact details ready.
- Ask your business before removing a primary owner or changing access for another contact.
Family Page Overview
The Family page shows household contacts, authorized pickups, emergency contacts, notification preferences, and owner portal access settings when those controls are available to you.
Use this page for household contact records. Use the Profile page for the signed-in account name and password reset options.
Owners
Review owner names, email addresses, phone numbers, primary owner status, and portal access settings when the page shows those controls.
Ask your business before removing a primary owner or changing portal access for another contact. Some owner records may be protected so the household still has a primary or active contact.
Authorized Pickups And Emergency Contacts
Review pickup and emergency contact details before saving. Add or update names, phone numbers, and relationship details according to the fields the page shows.
Notifications
Choose notification methods and topics together when the form asks for them. These settings help your business understand how to contact the household, but urgent communication should still follow the method your business recommends.
Save Changes
Save the contact after the required fields are complete. Check the page for a created, saved, removed, or error notice.

Troubleshooting
- If the Family page asks you to finish onboarding, complete setup before editing household contacts.
- If the Family page is unavailable, refresh and try again; repeated failures may need help from your business.
- If you cannot remove a contact, that person may be protected as the primary owner or last active owner.
- If portal access options are not visible, contact your business to confirm whether those changes can be made from the portal.
- If saving fails, review the visible error and try again.
- If a contact needs access but cannot be added from the portal, contact your business.
