When To Use This#

Use this page to find your subscription settings. Older subscription links now open the current Hello Sniff plan page.

Before You Start#

• Sign in to the business app as an owner or manager.
• The Hello Sniff plan page is the main page for subscription billing.
• An owner is needed to complete billing portal, checkout, or plan-selection actions.
• Plan prices, plan limits, cancellation terms, refund terms, and portal capabilities are shown on the current billing page, so check there rather than relying on remembered details.

Subscription Link Overview#

Older subscription links open the Hello Sniff plan page. Use that page to review the current plan, subscription status, trial notice when shown, and any owner-only actions.

There is no separate subscription workspace to manage. Use Manage Subscription Billing for the full subscription billing workflow.

Hello Sniff Plan Page#

The Hello Sniff plan page controls what you can see or do based on your access level, subscription state, and connected billing state.

Owners may see plan-selection or hosted billing portal controls when the account state supports them. Managers may be able to view subscription status without seeing owner-only billing actions.

Subscription billing and pricing details come from the current Hello Sniff plan page or business-approved pricing source.

Customer Payment Setup#

Customer card payment setup is not on the Hello Sniff plan page. It lives on a separate Customer payments page. That page is owner-only, so managers are sent back to the dashboard if they open it. To reach it, open Settings and choose Customer payments. The visible setup state on that page is the source of truth. Payout timing, refund handling, dispute handling, and portal capabilities depend on the business's setup and approval, so they aren't guaranteed here.

What Happens Next#

• Billing portal and plan-selection actions open the expected hosted billing flow or return a visible error.
• Plan prices, plan limits, trial terms, cancellation terms, refunds, credits, taxes, renewal timing, and support availability depend on the business's policy and pricing source, so they aren't set here.

When Subscription Links Or Controls Do Not Work#

• If the older subscription link does not open the Hello Sniff plan page, open Settings and choose Hello Sniff plan instead, then report the broken link for review.
• If you cannot reach the Hello Sniff plan page, confirm you are signed in as an owner or manager.
• If a manager can view subscription status but cannot make changes, an owner is needed to complete owner-only billing actions.
• If owner-only controls should be available but are missing, ask an owner or admin to review access on the Access page. See Manage Access and Invites.
• If billing portal or plan-selection behavior differs from this page, follow the visible product state and report it for review before relying on other subscription guidance.
• If pricing, refunds, credits, taxes, cancellation, renewal timing, trial terms, or support availability are unclear, check the current billing source or approved business guidance rather than guessing.
