When To Use This#

Use this overview to understand the path from signup to first-time setup as a new business owner.

Before You Start#

• Use this overview if you want to get started but have not created a business yet.
• If you were invited by an existing business, use Activate a Staff Account instead.
• Plan, trial, and sales eligibility details are shown on the signup or pricing pages, so refer to those for current terms.

Owner Starting Path#

The owner first creates the business account, then completes the setup checklist for the new business.

Start with Create Your Business Account. After signup, continue to Complete Business Setup, where the owner reviews style, profile, services, property areas, hours, branding, team invites, and final confirmation.

After The Owner Starts#

• The owner reaches the staff app and setup wizard after signup.
• Staff members cannot complete setup until the owner finishes the owner-only setup flow.
• After setup, the dashboard becomes the main starting point for daily business work.

When The Starting Path Is Unclear#

• If you have an invitation link, use Activate a Staff Account instead.
• If setup opens on a later step, continue from that current step.
• If the business link is wrong after signup, verify the link you chose during account creation.
• Plan availability, trial terms, migration help, billing timing, and support timing come from your signup or pricing details, so refer to those rather than assuming any specific terms here.
