When To Use This

Use this article to understand the Home page, including upcoming bookings, readiness reminders, recent activity, documents, billing, messages, and business notices.

Before You Start

  • Sign in to the customer portal.
  • Complete any required onboarding if the portal sends you there first.
  • Use your household's current information when reviewing readiness alerts.

Home Page Overview

The Home page gives you a quick view of what is ready and what may need attention before booking or service. It may show upcoming bookings, readiness reminders, recent activity, documents, billing, messages, and business notices.

Up Next

Use Up next to review your next booking or the option to book a visit. Use change or cancellation actions only when those actions are shown.

If more than one visit is scheduled, check the other upcoming bookings area for the rest of your schedule.

Readiness Reminders

Readiness reminders point to items that may need attention before booking or service, such as onboarding, dog details, or documents. Open the linked page for the item you need to update.

Activity, Notices, And Balances

Recent activity, reminders, notices, messages, and billing prompts summarize updates from other parts of the portal. Open the related page when you need the full details.

Use the portal navigation to open the full page for each item. For example, use Bookings for schedule changes, Documents for uploaded files, Billing for invoice details, Messages for conversations, Family for household contact details, and Dogs for dog profiles.

What Happens Next

Detailed updates still happen on the Bookings, Documents, Billing, Messages, Family, or Dogs pages. Use the Home page as a starting point, then open the page that matches the item you want to handle.

Troubleshooting

  • If home does not load, try refreshing and then sign in again.
  • If you are sent to onboarding, finish the required setup before returning home.
  • If a readiness item mentions documents, open Documents to upload or review files.
  • If a booking cannot be changed or canceled from home, open Bookings for the full schedule.
  • If the billing summary shows a balance, open Billing for invoice and payment method details.
  • If messages or notices are missing, open Messages to check the full conversation and current notices.
