When To Use This
Use this article when you already have a customer portal account and want to open your household portal for your business.
Before You Start
- Use the portal link for the business your household works with. A generic or copied link may not identify the right business.
- Have the email address and password for your customer portal account ready.
- If you have an invitation but have not created a password yet, activate your account first.
- Do not share your password, reset link, or invitation link in support messages.
Portal Link
Open the customer portal link from your business. This link identifies the business connected to your household.
If the page says Business Not Found, use the original link from your business instead of a copied or generic address.
Sign-In Form
Enter your customer portal email address and password, then select the button to open your household portal.
If your password does not work, use password reset instead of trying many guesses.
After Sign-In
After sign-in, the portal opens the Home page when your account is linked to a household. If your account is not connected to a household yet, the portal sends you to the Onboarding page so setup can be completed.
Troubleshooting
- If the portal says Business Not Found, check that you are using your business's portal link.
- If your password does not work, use password reset.
- If you received an invitation but never set a password, use account activation instead of password reset.
- If the page says portal configuration is incomplete, contact the business because this is not a password issue.
- If you work for the business, use the business app instead of the customer portal sign-in page.
